Mr. Rymeš is one of the most important Czech architects of today. He regularly participates in international architectural competitions, where he was particularly successful with his designs of a mountain cottage in the High Tatras, the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Washington, or "Dům lékařů" (House of Doctors) of the Czech Medical Chamber in Libeň. He is best known for his family house for a “Lazy Scientist”, the Prague headquarters for Halla, a.s., the VŠE recreational area in Dobronice u Bechyně, the reconstruction of the Ministry of Justice premises, and the reconstruction and completion of SUPŠ Graphic Design in Hellichova Street, Lesser Town. The architect's vision is to design buildings that evoke positive emotions. Mr. Rymeš designed the representative villas "Jelen" and professionally backed the architecture of houses "Muflon" and "Daněk" by Ing. Arch. Radek Prokop.
Mr. Hlaváč is one of the leading experts in wood construction in the Czech Republic.
In recent years he has worked at the Department of Building Structures, focusing on wooden buildings, detailed moisture behavior of wood and construction and physical processes in wood. He taught wooden construction and building construction at the same department.
He is an authorized ČKAIT (Czech Chamber of Chartered Engineers and Technicians) engineer. His design studio designed more than 200 variously complicated wooden buildings. His construction company realized more than 50 construction projects. He was invited as an expert consultant to many other construction projects.
Mr. Hlaváč is the guarantor of the professional implementation of our project.
